Privacy Policy

Kalyan Mitraa collects the information you submit on forms (name, country, email, phone, Indian location, requirement) and technical data such as pages visited and UTM parameters when present. We use it to respond, to coordinate work, and to keep an audit trail.

We do not sell personal information. Staff access is role-based. Private documents belong on the request record, not on a public page.

Analytics load only if you accept analytics cookies. Customer accounts store name, email, phone, and request history so you can see your own work. You may write to hello@kalyanmitraa.com to ask what we hold about you.

Payment card numbers are never stored on Kalyan Mitraa systems.
