How this platform operates.

You submit a requirement. We review it. We send a proposal. Work is assigned, executed, documented, and closed in writing.

Partners are assessed internally for location, skills, and identity. Sensitive personal information is not published on this website.

Updates are written. Photos, videos, and documents sit on the request record. If you create an account, you can read your own requests and written updates there.

We collect what we need to coordinate the work. See the Privacy Policy. Private files are stored outside public web roots.

We do not store card numbers on Kalyan Mitraa systems. Invoices come from the accepted quote and documented expenses.

Third-party costs such as medicines, trades, and couriers are treated as expenses with receipts, plus a service fee shown separately.

We do not promise legal, medical, or property outcomes. We do not offer 24/7 emergency response. Use local emergency numbers in India for immediate danger.

Where a licence is required, we coordinate and connect. We do not practise that profession.
