Refund & cancellation

Because most work is quoted, cancellation terms sit on the proposal. If work has not started, unused service fees can usually be cancelled. Third-party expenses already incurred (travel inside a city, medicines purchased, courier charges) are not refundable.

If we cannot perform the agreed scope, we will say so and refund the unused service fee. We do not offer “satisfaction guaranteed” language that we cannot honour.
