How to choose a caregiver

Choosing a caregiver is a brief, not a catalogue. The useful choices are the kind of support, the hours, and the city. A gender preference is a note on the request, not a different product.

Ask what the person will actually do. Reminders, company, and a visit are not the same as clinical nursing. If the doctor has asked for nursing tasks, request nursing. If the need is a responsible visit while you are abroad, request parents assistance or a well-being visit.

Ask about hours before you ask about personality. Day, night, twelve hours and a full day are shift patterns. In Pune they share one page on purpose, so the same intent is not split into thin URLs. Elsewhere, the national shift-nursing page is the canonical explanation until a city page has earned its own text.

Ask who supervises the clinical part. Kalyan Mitraa coordinates and reports. The treating clinician supervises medical care. A caregiver arranged for company should not be described to relatives as a nurse.

Ask what you will receive afterwards. A useful arrangement produces a written update: who came, when, and what was done. Star ratings and stock photos do not. We do not invent either.

Then ask about the building. Societies in Mumbai, township gates in Thane, and PCMC apps all fail visits that arrive without a name. The caregiver decision is unfinished until access is real.

Where can this help happen?

Assistance happens in India. You can be in India or abroad — those are two different places in the request.

What information helps

The city, who is involved, access (keys, society, hospital), and what a useful visit would look like.

What the process looks like

Decide whether you need qualified nursing or practical coordination, then send the city and the hours. We confirm what can be arranged. We do not show you a marketplace of strangers.

Typical first response is a written review, not an instant assignment.

What happens after you request

  1. Kalyan Mitraa reviews your request.
  2. We clarify anything needed, in writing.
  3. We coordinate the assistance if we can take it.
  4. You receive updates on the request record.

Limits we will not blur

We do not publish caregiver profiles or ratings. Preference for a man or a woman is not a guaranteed match. We do not certify a stranger you found in a chat group.

Questions

Can I browse caregiver profiles?
No. We do not publish a roster. Assignment, when it happens, is against your request and proposal, not against a public profile page.
Where do I ask for a male or female caregiver?
On the request, as a preference. It does not create another service page, and it is confirmed only if a match is actually possible.
