What a property photo and video report should include

A front-elevation photograph proves you have a building. It does not prove the bathroom is dry.

A report that can be used from New Jersey or Dubai usually follows a path: the street and building nameboard, the society gate, the front door, each room in a consistent order, kitchen wet points, bathrooms, balcony, parking if relevant, and any issue named in the brief — a crack, a leak, a broken window, a pile of post.

Video should be slow. Fast walkthroughs look energetic and tell you nothing. Still photographs should include one wide frame and one detail for each problem.
