Start with the place. A flat in Pune, a township in Pimpri-Chinchwad, a ward in Mumbai and a society in Thane are different kinds of access. The request should name the city and the locality, plus who can open the door.
Then separate the job. Practical help for a parent — a visit, a pharmacy pickup, a trip to a clinic — is family assistance. Qualified nursing at home is a nursing request. Someone to sit on a hospital ward is attendant support. Using one label for all three creates the wrong proposal.
Prepare the note you already have: discharge advice, prescribed medicines, mobility, and the hours you think you need. If you do not have a clinical note, say so. We can still coordinate a non-clinical visit. We cannot invent the medical plan.
Ask what is outside the scope before you approve anything. Kalyan Mitraa does not practise medicine, does not guarantee a male or female match, and does not keep a public roster. The written proposal is the moment those limits become specific to your city.
When the work is in Pune and the situation is nursing, the Pune care pages describe the patterns we will actually consider. Other cities stay on their own city hubs. We do not copy a Pune paragraph and swap the name.
